A Clinic Built on
Community & Care
Fluvanna Health Clinic was founded in 2021 by Amy Beyer, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who grew up right here in Fluvanna County. After years of working in Charlottesville and Richmond, Amy wanted to pivot to caring for her community close to home. With this dream in mind, she and her husband Stephen converted what once was a barn into her dream: a chance to bring quality, accessible healthcare to her neighbors and community.
What started as a solo practice has grown into a trusted community health resource with four dedicated providers. Our dream continues to grow. What started as a clinic in Palmyra has now grown to two different locations. Fluvanna Health Clinic Palmyra is centrally located on Route 53, near Fluvanna County High School and Fluvanna Health Clinic Fork Union is conveniently located on Route 15 next to Fork Union Pharmacy.
We believe in treating every patient like family — taking the time to listen, creating personalized care plans, and building lasting relationships with the people we serve.
